All classes are included in your membership at no additional cost. Group exercise classes can be capped to ensure your safety and full enjoyment.
Melanie brings a fresh combination of styles to her sessions compiled from 20+ years of teaching experience. Mixing yoga poses, mindful movement, pilates, plyometrics and calisthenics; fused and delivered in a motivational and playful way which is inclusive, dynamic, functional and by no accident, fun as well.
Marcus has over a decade of experience as a trainer and coach. With a background in Functional Strength Training, Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning, Nutrition Coaching, and NLP, Marcus’ classes are goal specific and challenging. Marcus also prioritises overall health and wellbeing when it comes to programing classes and encourages sustainable training habits that leave you feeling energised.
