I have been a Personal Trainer since in 2011 after graduating from the University of Brighton as a BSc (honours) Sport and Exercise Scientist.
Alongside training my Clients, I am Head of Sport Science and Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach for Portsmouth Football Club Women.
My coaching ethos is always to provide you with a ‘long term’ focus by managing your health fitness and wellbeing (Mindset, Mobility, Strength, fitness, Nutrition, Recovery) and keeping you on track. I believe Consistency is the key to achieving any fitness goal.
Last year I expanded my services further, I have developed an ‘Online Coaching’ Service now available via an App Software available to download (IOS & Android) for those who may wish to have their goals managed and programmed by myself but can’t commit to personal Training.
