I believe that eating a balanced diet and exercising regularly are two of the best things that we can do for our physical and mental health.
Exercise environments can be intimidating places, and that is especially true if you’re a transgender, non-binary, or gender non-conforming person.
My ambition with personal training is to help LGBTQ+ people overcome their obstacles to exercise. Making the decision to start pushing through your barriers to fitness is an amazing step to becoming healthier and happier.
Whether you want to build muscle, lose fat, up your stamina, prepare physically for surgery, improve your diet, or simply just get active, then we can work together to reach your goals.
My services are always offered on a low-cost sliding scale basis.
