I was never a sporty kid and 5 years ago you wouldn’t catch me dead in a gym but that all changed when I got myself a personal trainer. I started with bad back problems from scoliosis, smoking way too much, bad nutrition and drinking too much. This encouraged me to find a love for fitness and health and become a specialised flexibility personal trainer. The whole experience has made me want to share what i’ve learnt with others and help clients gain confidence in the gym and with their own bodies.
I’ll work with you to understand your body, how it moves and how to get your body working in a more functional and strong way and I promise it’ll be fun!
