After years of being unhealthy and overweight, I decided enough was enough and have spent the last 3 years transforming my life and outlook on life and I have lost over 7 stone through diet and exercise. Whilst this has been the hardest journey of my life, it has also been the best decision I ever made, the only regret I have is that I didn’t start years ago!

At the end of 2017 I decided that I wanted to move forward with what I had learnt and implemented in my own life and wanted to help others in a similar situation, so I decided to become a Personal Trainer. Whilst I am still very much on my ‘journey’, I am still 100% focused on my goals and I want to share the same focus and motivation that I have, with my clients, because if I can do it, I know others can too.
