I am a dedicated personal trainer who takes great pride in helping others achieve their goals to make positive lifestyle changes. My main passion lies in cardiovascular fitness and high intensity workouts, targeting weight loss and functional fitness. I can design dynamic and specific training programmes tailored to suit you and help you achieve your fitness goals.
Having recently made both nutritional and physical changes, I fully appreciate the importance of a healthy lifestyle and this has led to me completing two half marathons. Being able to achieve my goal has inspired me to help others achieve theirs!
