Hi I’m Courtney, I am passionate about helping you achieve the results you want to see, whether it’s to lose weight, tone up (lower body fat whilst maintaining lean mass) or simply to just improve your general fitness. When it comes to exercise, each session will be tailored to suit you and your goals, which will be set to maximize your potential for you to experience change to enable you to maintain that growth and those improvements made. I currently am now playing County level football, so is vital that I keep my fitness levels up so my performance is held at great standards I see no limitations when it comes to exercise therefore will provide you with the help necessary to allow you to transform and grow physically and mentally no matter what your abilities or fitness level.
